ORDER PROCESSING

Most RTVL items are produced in limited runs or made to order. Orders typically ship within 7–21 business days. Preorders, collaboration releases, and other limited products may require additional time; any product-specific estimate shown on the product page takes priority.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Carrier delivery times begin after the order has been processed and are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact support@rtvl.shop as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If tracking has not updated or your order arrives damaged, contact support@rtvl.shop with your order number and photos when applicable. We will review the shipment and help with the next step.
